MEMO
From
Adolph Janca
Dear Caro:
You can’t imagine how pleasant it was to open this morning’s paper and have this story right on the front page!
Congratulations! You deserve this honor and you know we’re happy for you.
Incidentally, some of your vacationing “Street Sceners” will find Rosemary and myself at home at 218 Central Drive should they be passing through Beaumont during the next few months. Wed enjoy having anyone stop at least long enough to call and say “hell.”
Congratulations again, Caro. Keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
[added by hand in blue ink. “Adolph”]
