Dear Miss Ingels:
I am authorized by the President of the College of Industrial Arts to tender to you a position as an instructor in the Department of Textiles and Clothing for both terms of the summer sission for 1919. The first term begins Tuesday, June 3, 1919, and ends Saturday, July 19; the second term begins Monday, July 21, and ends Thursday, August 21, 1919. The salary for the first term will be two hundred and sixty dollars ($260), for the second term one hundred and ninety dollars ($190), a total of four hundred and fifty dollars ($450) for the two terms. The schedule of courses to gether with assigments will be made at an early date. The summer school catalogue is now in the course of preparation, and we expect to hand it to the printer not later than December 1. It will, therefore, be necessary that you indicate to me in writing by not later than November 15 whether or not you will accept this tender.
