1. Under Sec of War, dated Nov. 21, 1941, and CG, AAF, dated October 23, 1942: the following named indivs WP at proper time from Love Field, Dallas, Texas, to WICHITA, KANSAS, and secure aircraft as listed, no substitutions, from the Boeing Aircraft, Factory, and delv to the SUPPLY OFFICER, SAN ANTONIO AIR DEPOT, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS for U.S. Account and return to proper station:

T is directed by mil or fastest available 00 mm aircraft (SEC IV, WD Cir 12, 1942) or by rail or bus if T by aircraft not available. If T by comm aircraft, all special AC equip to be carried and 100 lbs excess baggage at govt expense allowed. $6.00 per diem auth in lieu of subs and mileage. Authority is granted to make such variations and to proceed to such other places as may be necessary for the performance of this mission.
Each civilian pilot listed is designated "competent administrative authority" for the purpose of issuing TR's under the provisions of Sec 3, Par 19, Standardized Government Regulations as amended March 7, 1941. Report of cost and copies of orders issued to be sent direct to the Fiscal Officer, Headquarters, Army Air force, D.C. TDN. AC 2397 p 451-02 & 03 A 0705-23
