Dear Mr. Johnson:

Reference is made to the Z-rox copy of question and answer in ACTION LINE, Dallas Times Herald 12/22/70. Like the ho-bo in the cartoon, I would like to now if you are receiving what seems to a social security retiree as exorbitant sums.

I simply cannot believe that an ex-President who happens to be in the millionaire bracket would accept such a large sum from taxes, a great portion of which is taken from businesses which are hard pressed to stay in business because of excessive taxes; to say nothing of taxpayers who are living on social security retirement pay.

I shall be pleased if you will advise me the truth in this matter.
